About Kim
Kim Linin
NCIDQ, ASID, MBA
Kim is a creative spirit with a strong analytical bent. She “feels” spaces intuitively yet follows a disciplined process to create the most functional and aesthetically pleasing environments for her clients.
Her results aren’t about architecture or objects in the spaces, but rather the feelings created and how everything works harmoniously. Kim uses her psychology background to listen and tune into her clients’ needs and desires to create client-centered design, and improve the human experience in the spaces she creates for them.
Kim has previous corporate experience in complex project management, strategy and process improvement, all of which attest to her strong organizational skills and her ability to work as part of a team. Small projects or large, she keeps things on track, and works well with contractors and vendors.
Kim completed formal study as an interior designer with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Colorado. Kim previously received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology from Kansas State University, and a Master in Business Administration from Purdue University.
Kim has been actively involved in her sorority at the regional and national level for more than 18 years, and currently serves on the national design committee. She has served on the ASID Colorado board of directors twice. She is a founder and past board president of Northwest Rocky Mountain CASA, a volunteer-based nonprofit that serves abused and neglected children. Kim is a member of the Junior League of Denver.
Kim believes her passion for creating functional and beautiful interior spaces along with her strong people skills and business background are the perfect combination.
