Little Raven

The client wanted a clean, urban-industrial feel for this loft yet the space still needed to feel soft and inviting. For this total remodel, we relocated the kitchen to overlook the city, and space planed the entire loft. We balanced color with concrete, and contrasted soft textures with hard, shiny surfaces.

The kitchen selections produced a clean, industrial and functional space. We stained the kitchen cabinets to blend with the exposed concrete, and washed the cabinets with simple, LED puck lighting to show off the cat-eye granite countertop and backsplash that captures the energy and luminescence of the city. We warmed up the hot-rolled steel counter with colorful pendants. An industrial, commercial kitchen faucet was perfect for the sleek space. A colorful, antique runner was chosen for comfort and interest.

The master bath is a total oasis. The curved glass block wall allows inviting, natural light into the room. An elevated luxurious soaking tub is the focal. Hollywood lighting along with shimmery mosaic tile added sophisticated glamour.
